Besides our block paving cleaning prices we can also lift and relay any sunken paving or we can remove oil stains should you require this to be done. These will incur an extra cost to those quoted below.
Block paving cleaning prices

1. Block paving cleaned and new joint sand applied
- Up to 100 m2 – £6.50 per m2 (square meter)
- Every meter over 100 m2 – £6.00 per m2
The price above includes –
- A good sweep of your paving to remove surface dirt such as leaves and built up debris
- Removal by hand of any larger weeds such as dandelions
- Applying a fungicide and weed kill wash to kill all weeds, moss and algae
- Application of a dirt cleaner to remove and release ingrained dirt
- A full pressure clean of the paved surface with water
- When the paving is dry to supply and brush in of new kiln dried sand to the joints
- Application of Green Clean to keep paving weed free
2. Block paving cleaned, new joint sand then block paving sealer applied
- Up to -100 m2 – £12.50 per m2 (square meter)
- Every meter over 101 m2 – £12.00 per m2
The price above includes –
- A good sweep of your paving to remove surface dirt such as leaves and built up debris
- Removal by hand of any larger weeds such as dandelions
- Applying a fungicide and weed kill wash to kill all weeds, moss and algae
- Application of a dirt cleaner to remove and release ingrained dirt
- A full pressure clean of the paved surface with water
- When the paving is dry to supply and brush in of new kiln dried sand to the joints
- Application of 2 coats of high quality block paving sealer by sprayer. 5 year no oil stain guarantee.
3. New block paving applied with sealer
- Up to 100 m2 – £6.00 per m2 (square meter)
- Over 100 m2 – £5.50 per m2
Our prices to apply block paving sealer to newly installed block paving include
- Topping up any kiln dried joint sand that is needed.
- A good sweep to remove any loose debris from the surface of the driveway or patio.
- 2 coats of the highest quality block paving sealer applied by sprayer
We can also clean pattern imprinted concrete, paving slabs and decking
Besides cleaning block paving we are also available to clean many other surfaces. These include pattern imprinted concrete, paving slabs, decking, fencing and walling.The prices below are to clean and treat printed concrete surfaces. There is an additional cost of £6.00 a meter if you would the concrete surface sealed once cleaned.
